These terms are an agreement between you and Ruminari Inc., which operates Ticka. By creating an account or using Ticka, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Ticka.
Who can use Ticka
You must be of legal drinking age where you live (at least 21 in the United States). See our Age Protection Policy for details.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
Ticka lets you share stories, comments and other content with the community. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post anything that:

is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying or discriminatory;
•
is sexually explicit, violent or otherwise obscene;
•
encourages excessive or under-age drinking, or drunk driving;
•
is spam, misleading, or impersonates someone else;
•
infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law;
•
shares someone else's private information without their consent.
Reporting and blocking
Tap the flag on any story or comment to report it or to block its author. Blocking someone hides their stories and comments from you right away and notifies us. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or remove the accounts of users who posted it.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting it, you allow Ticka to store and display it to other users so the service can work. You can delete your stories and comments, or your whole account, at any time.
Ending your access
We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these terms, without notice.
Disclaimer
Ticka is provided "as is". Beer details and community content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please drink responsibly and know your local laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will ask you to agree to them again before you continue using Ticka.
